Who owns the company now? Did Jesse Thorn leave MaxFun?

As of early June 30, 2023, the company is fully owned by worker-owners: MaxFun staff who opted in to become a part of the co-op. Jesse Thorn is staying on with the company as a worker-owner alongside the majority of the existing employees. He is available to advise the Board of Directors, but he is not a voting member of the Board.
